We offer a full range of Festive Poles, which are normally installed on a temporary basis using a hollow base tube, which is cast into the ground. The pole is then lowered into the base tube and held solidly with wedges for the duration of the time that the Festive Poles are required. When the Festive Pole is not being used the hollow base tube is simply capped off or covered with a paving slab where applicable.

Festive Poles are normally equipped with attachment devices for banner arm, bunting, flags, streamers, spans of lights and most forms of illuminated signs or motifs.

In order to ensure that these Festive Poles are correctly designed it is important to specify to us the precise nature of the items which are to be attached to them. This will allow us to undertake design calculations to ensure the poles and foundations are not overloaded or deflect too much.

The standard finish is hot dip galvanised to BS EN1461 but paint finishes can be applied if required, poles with octagonal, conical or stepped tubular construction, are available to blend in with existing light columns.
